NextGen Soccer Club offers year-round development programs and summer camps for serious youth players, all from a clean, mobile-first website with built-in registration, scheduling, and payment. After experiencing a frustrating sign-up process as a parent, I redesigned the full experience—keeping registration, scheduling, and payments all in one seamless system so families never have to leave the site.

The challenge
When registering my son for a local soccer camp, I was redirected from the club’s website to an external app that broke the flow and made the entire process feel disconnected. That pain sparked this project: proving that a single-site system could offer everything—without friction.
Parents had to jump between platforms (site → app → email confirmation)
No central place to see schedules, register players, and pay instantly
User interface was clunky and outdated—especially on mobile
